Originally raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, my family and I have
called Paris, Ontario home for almost 20 years.
Throughout most of those years I’ve
run a custom woodworking shop out
of St. George, Ontario that specializes in
cabinet making and fine woodworking.
These days I’m the owner/operator
of SIMPLY STUMPS. I oversee the job,
I bring the coffee, and I’m the
one who will answer your call!
MY CAREER PATH
I’ve spent my entire career in woodworking and I’ve done it all. From small, intricate jobs like specialty doors and furniture, to complete home renovations, kitchens, and overhauls of some of your favourite restaurants in Brantford, Kitchener, and Cambridge.
But as anyone who works in construction knows, the work is hard on your body, and so with the next chapter in my career, I've decided to focus on my health and well-being.
Now you might look out at that 300lb stump in your yard and think to yourself "Blair, this is taking it easy for you?" Well, to put it another way, these days I let the horsepower do the work.
